Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress and has gained fame in Canada for her role of Bo. Silk was born in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter, an academic and Peter Silk, who was a well-known actor as well as a producer, director, playwright, educator, and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her earliest memories of watching and attending rehearsals for performances. Silk featured in a number of commercials when she was a kid. In 1997, she graduated with an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least two early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto for her acting to advance, then after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she began to meet him in 2007 in an actor's workshop located in Los Angeles. They got married in 2009, and were married at a civil wedding ceremony in the month of December in that same year. After she had converted to Judaism the couple renewed their wedding vows at a Jewish ceremony on the 10th of April 2011, in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman gave birth to her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born son on 13 May 2016. Silk is a variety of TV roles, including Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. The actress was nominated to win a Gemini Award in 2009 for this role. Her most notable role was in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus, on the television show Lost Girl. Silk made it known to her fans that she was expecting a baby in January 2013 at the Showcase Season Three Special. On June 4 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season and on June 20 2013 Silk announced via Twitter that she was ready to the set of the show. CNN has named Bo's character along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most talked about TV couples of all time. E! voted it as the most popular TV couple of 2013.
